Our Story

We’re the Dietz family- Andrew, Sheena, Ava, and Coco

Proudly rooted in North Carolina, our lives are full in the most meaningful way — raising our girls, running our real estate business, and sharing a love for travel. Our days are busy, our home is rarely quiet, and we’ve come to cherish the beauty found in all the chaos.

At the heart of our lives is our faith, our family, and the time we spend with the people we love most. Our home is often filled with family and friends, and we’ve always found joy in creating spaces that feel warm, welcoming, and meant for gathering.

In 2025, we came across a remarkable Victorian home for sale in the quaint town of Landis, North Carolina. Originally built in 1894 by the Aull family, the home was rich in history and timeless character, simply waiting to be brought back to life. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt a deep sense of purpose, trusting that God had placed this opportunity in our path for a reason.

Through thoughtful restoration and an appreciation for classic, romantic design, the home became The Rosewood Manor, named for the beautiful original rosewood details found throughout the house.

Today, The Rosewood Manor is a reflection of what we value most—a place where beauty meets intention, where gatherings feel effortless, and where every detail is designed to create a meaningful experience.
